Our finest and most eye popping caviar is hand selected for our Golden Reserve Osetra.
Osetra caviar is from the popular sturgeon specie (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii). Only a small percentage of the worlds Osetra production turns out with a distinct clear and golden colour, which we reserve for our Golden Reserve label. It has a warm buttery texture and a silky sweet nutty flavour.
Don’t forget about Mini Blinis & Crème Fraiche, the perfect accompaniments for caviar!
