DESCRIPTION:

The perfect wine to float down the river with.

  • 100% Pinot Gris
  • 60% aged in stainless steel, 40% aged in neutral french oak for 4 months prior to transferring the full amount into stainless steel.
  • Aged for an additional 4 months in steel before bottling.
  • Fermented using non-selected ambient yeast.
  • Bottled without fining or filtration.
