A traditional Manhattan cocktail, by taking Dillon's five year old grain-to-glass Rye Whisky, Dillon's Niagara-grown Sweet Vermouth, and Dillon's Aromatic Bitters, stirring them in tank as if it was a big mixing glass full of ice, then ageing it all together for an added three months in ex-aromatic bitters barrels.
