Our Plum & Oak is warm, rich & inviting with deep earthy notes, hints of cinnamon it’s reminiscent of merlot.

This is a seasonal flavor available every autumn, around September through November, or until sold out.

Suggested Uses:

• Food: savory dishes, stone fruit pies, dressings, glaze (sweet & savory)

• Drinks: strong aged spirits such as cognac, scotch, whiskey and rum. Also great in wine, champagne, coffee & tea.
