Our ravioli are filled with house-cured, white wine braised duck and house-made ricotta, and pair well with cream or tomato based sauces. Each order contains 500g (4 servings) of fresh frozen braised duck ravioli.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Put into salted rapidly boiling, cook for 5-7 Minutes
Filling : Duck legs (spice cure : Fennel seeds, Coriander, Black pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Carraway, Allspice, Salt, Sugar), House-made fresh ricotta, 35% cream, Lemon. Pasta : Unbleached wheat flour, Whole eggs, Durum wheat semolina.
