Grapes come from plots located at le Colombier and La Gaudinière, with a total surface of 2 ha and an average age of 15 years.
A lovely refreshing and elegant Sauvignon Blanc with complex flavours of bright citrus fruit. With a subtle Herbaceous nose, Peach and stone fruits shine through for a surprisingly chewy mid palate while maintaining bright acidity and a perfect hint of minerality on the finish.
