DESCRIPTION:
A slight petrol note can be found in some of the world’s best Rieslings as they evolve in cellar. It offsets the primary fruit flavours adding intrigue. The 2018 Pearl Morissette Va-et-Vient is simultaneously fruity and savoury, waxy and honeyed, smoky and steely. An arrow of acidity pierces the mid palate making this an excellent wine for food pairing. This is not a conventional Riesling. Curious?g.
