This Hazy APA features a blend of Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. The hops are added later in the brew to extract all the juicy aromas and flavours without very much bitterness. Bright and citrusy with 30 IBU’s, this is an easy drinking American Pale Ale that finishes with a subtle burst of hoppy bitterness.
