Our made-in-house vegetarian cheese quiche is filled with pieces of asparagus, fresh mozzarella, a drizzle of truffle oil and a heavenly mixture of eggs and cream, all wrapped up in a homemade tender and flaky pastry crust.

Mozzarella, Milk, Egg, Cream, Truffle Oil, Salt, Pepper, Goat Cheese, Asparagus
crust: Butter Flour Water Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C.
15-20 minutes, 25-30 if frozen, until internal temperature is 77 degree C (170 degree F).
