Our made-in-house bacon quiche is filled with pieces of crisp premium bacon, fresh mozzarella, a drizzle of truffle oil and a heavenly mixture of eggs and cream, all wrapped up in a homemade tender and flaky pastry crust.
Ingredients: Bacon, Mozzarella, Milk, Egg, 35% Cream, Truffle Oil, Salt, Pepper
crust: Butter Flour Water Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C.
20-25 minutes, 35-40 if frozen, until internal temperature is 77 degree C (170 degree F).
