DESCRIPTION:
Foraster Blanc Seleccio is a white blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Macabeo and 10% Chardonnay. Notes of poached pear, peach, vanilla and clove. It's crisp and fresh with a lingering finish.
The grapes are hand harvested. Maceration for 24 hours. 50% of the wine is fermented in french oak barrels and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks.
