Leith-based Pea Green Boat make these luxury cheese sablés to an exacting recipe using locally-sourced Mungoswells organic wheat flour, rich golden butter, and lots and lots of cheese! Their bakers carefully blend authentic 24-month-aged Italian parmesan with mature cheddar, to create the perfect balance of flavours and texture.
The blend of cool fennel and fiery chilli gives the original recipe cheese sablés a deliciously curious contrast. Warm spicy notes are a perfect pairing with Gin & Tonic and a cool beer or cider.
