And while we'll always have a place in our hearts for classic beef tourtiere, there's something truly scrumptious-sounding about a chicken and mushroom version of this signature Quebecois dish. Each one is filled with tender pieces of chicken and mushrooms and packed inside a buttery, flaky crust.
Ingredients: Chicken thigh, Mushroom, Canola Oil, 35% Cream, Salt, Pepper, tarragon, Celery
crust: Butter Flour Water Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C.
25 minutes, 30-35 if frozen, until internal temperature is 77 degree C (170 degree F).
