Groundfish (cod and/or pollack and/ or haddock and /or hake) potatoes (sulphites) onions, salt, parsley, spice
For best results, cook from frozen.
Fry fish cakes in a pan with cooking oil on med-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
