With the launch of our book on the 100 Ides stories, we have plans to dig into that catalogue and pick some of our favourites for a re-brew.
It was about 4 years ago that we brewed Ides #56 - Laura Secord Chocolate Imperial Stout. This gem of a winter beer is everything you could want on a cold, dark winter night. It’s cold and dark, but rewards with earthy cocoa, sweet vanilla, fruity chocolate and a warming finish.
