DESCRIPTION:

The Pie Commission creates gourmet, handmade savoury pies that are “Bloody Good Pies”! The pies are frozen and baked at home to create a gourmet meal with the homemade touch.  The Braised Beef Rib pie is made from tender chunks of beef simmered in red wine and homemade veal stock with mushroom, roasted yukon gold potato and sweet potato.

Baking Instructions

UNBAKED PIE FROM FROZEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Use convection setting if you have it.
  3. Remove paper from top of pie.
  4. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 45-60 minutes.

UNBAKED PIE FROM FRESH ⁄ THAWED

  1. Preheat oven to 385°.
  2. Use convection setting if you have it.
  3. Remove paper from top of pie.
  4. Place on middle rack and bake for 30-40 minutes.

REHEATING A BAKED PIE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place on middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
