SPY SPRITZ

*served on ice*
4OZ hard cider
1 1/2 OZ Organic Apple Cider
1/2 OZ Eau Die Vie
1/4 OZ Aperol
1/4 OZ Lemon Juice
Top off with club Soda Apple Slice to Garnish

SPY TODDY

Chamomile tea
Tsp honey
Tsp cinnamon powder
Tsp vanilla extract
Add boiling water
1.5oz eau de vie
Stir well Remove bag after 3 mins
Add in a cinnamon stick

SPYTINI

2oz Spy Eau de Vie
1/2 oz Cassis
Couple drops fresh lemon juice Shake well with ice and strain into glass over ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
