This ravioli is made with locally smoked salmon. The ravioli are creamy, smokey and slightly acidic and does not need a very complicated sauce. The smoked salmon isn't chopped finely either so when you bite into a ravioli you'll be getting pieces of the smoked salmon as well.
Each order contains 500g (4 servings) of fresh frozen whole egg ravioli.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Put into salted rapidly boiling, cook for 5-7 Minutes
Filling : Kristapsons Smoked Salmon, Pasteurized cream cheese, House-made fresh ricotta, Dill, Capers, Apple cider vinegar, 35% cream, Lemon juice, Liquid smoke, Sugar, Salt. Pasta : Unbleached wheat flour, Whole eggs, Durum wheat semolina.
