Our classic ricotta gnocchi, but with a healthy amount of saffron. We start with a base of our house-made ricotta cheese, add some eggs, flour and the steeped saffron to bring the dough together, and finish by hand rolling each individual gnocchi. This saffron gnocchi pairs well cream based sauces and seafood. A personal suggestion would be to try out an olive oil parsley sauce beside a piece of your favourite grilled fish! Each order contains 500g (4 servings) of frozen saffron ricotta gnocchi.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Put into salted rapidly boiling, cook for 5-8 Minutes, or until they are floating.
