Our hickory cold smoked Steelhead trout has a milder, slightly sweeter and more delicate flavour than salmon. As with all of our products it contains:
- no artificial preservatives
- no artificial flavours
- always hand carved
All of the smoked fish made for Creed is sourced from Canadian sources which have a 4 star BAP certification at a minimum.
