Wildwood is produced in St. Mary's, Ontario by family-owned Stonetown Cheese. The Weber family immigrated from Switzerland where their cheese making first began.
Wildwood is an unpasterurized cow's milk from the herd that is raised by the Weber family. It is a natural rind cheese that has a distinct taste and aroma due to the effect of wine year used in the cheese-making process.
